template.fyi is the online storefront of Neptox Management SL, a company established under Spanish law (“Neptox”, “we”, “us”). Contact: info@neptox.com or +34 644 28 04 37. Our company registration details and address are stated on every invoice.
2. What these terms cover
These terms apply to purchases of individual digital products and subscriptions on template.fyi, and to the use of your account and downloads. You accept them when you confirm a purchase. We record which version of these terms you accepted at checkout. Where mandatory law gives you more protection, that law applies.
3. Products
template.fyi sells digital products such as templates, documents, planners and source code. Each product page shows what is included, the file format and any important limitation. Products are delivered as downloads. Nothing is shipped.
A product is a starting point. The result depends on how you adapt and use it, and we do not promise any business outcome. Check that you have software that opens the stated file format.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and include VAT. For an individual product, the total is shown in the Stripe checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. Your purchase is complete when the payment is confirmed. For individual products, the payment-result page provides the private download after payment verification.
5. Subscriptions
- Starter: €9.90 per month or €95.04 per year. Access to 98 products.
- Pro: €15.99 per month or €153.50 per year. Access to 134 products.
- Studio: €39.99 per month or €383.90 per year. Access to all 174 products.
Prices include VAT. Product counts refer to the catalogue on the date of these terms. A subscription is paid in advance for the period you choose, a month or a year, and renews automatically for the same period until you cancel. You confirm advance payment and automatic renewal at checkout.
You can cancel at any time in the customer portal, through My account and Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. Unused time in a current period is not prorated or refunded, except where the right of withdrawal in section 8 or other mandatory law applies.
6. Account, sign-in and downloads
Individual-product downloads are provided on the payment-result page in the same browser used for checkout. Checkout access expires one hour after checkout starts. Once issued, the single-use download link expires after 15 minutes. Keep the payment-result page open until you have downloaded your file.
Subscription downloads are private and available through your account while your subscription is active. You sign in with a one-time link that we send to your email address. There is no password. Do not share your account, sign-in links or download links with others.
7. Right to use the products
A purchase or subscription gives you the right to use each product as described for that product. Where the product page or the delivered files include a licence, for example a listed commercial-use licence or licence terms in the README, that text defines what you may do with the files. These terms do not give you broader rights than that licence. Copyright in the products stays with Neptox or its licensors.

8. Right of withdrawal for consumers
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have 14 days from the purchase to withdraw without giving a reason.
For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, this right ends once delivery starts, but only if you gave your prior express consent to delivery within the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal as a result. If you did not give both, your 14-day right of withdrawal remains.
To withdraw, send a clear statement to info@neptox.com. We refund you within 14 days of receiving it, using the same payment method.
9. Problems with a product
If a file is faulty, does not match its description or cannot be downloaded, contact info@neptox.com. We will repair or replace it, or refund you where the law requires. Consumers keep their statutory rights on the conformity of digital content.
10. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For business customers, the competent court is the court for the place where Neptox is established in Spain.
If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of your country. You can also contact the competent consumer authority or a recognised dispute resolution body in your country.
